Any idea's on how to make the hard scape look better... would be amazing I'm not used to working with rocks and sand. I
Enjoy the way it looks but I think it could look better.

I dont plan on re arranging the planted side just the rock side. So any hardscapers out there would love your input.

I reckon it looks alright, although maybe a little too uniformed with the way that you have placed the rocks. Maybe move them around and change the spacing between them to make them look more natural??

Your Betta is very cute in the piping

So tighten them up? cause yesterday I went diving into 60 degree water to get most of the rocks and in the area i was at there little to no space in between the rocks at the lake I was at.

Also thanks The betta log is the only fake thing in my tank x3 He loves it so much and always builds his bubble nest inside then once he's filled it he builds around it.

I think your planted area looks super, if you could do a smaller area over to the right back corner, it would balance it better, and like fishprotector, move the rocks together more......just my thought's

Oh well the idea behind the tank is One side lush forest of plants, while on the other side is a lifeless hard scape. I call it my "Life and Death" Tank Though I will go with the recommendations of tightening the rocks together. Thanks for your thoughts :3

Have a look at the 'golden rule' for aquascaping (sorry if you already have haha) Where you split the tank into thirds and you portion you wood and/or rocks around those areas. It helped me in making mine look relatively natural. The planted area is great :good: , one big rock may work, with some smaller ones around it?

Just a suggestion :D
