Since lots of people have questions about how to upload photos here, I've put together a little tutorial on uploading from Photobucket.

First, go to Photobucket.com and sign up for a free account.

Next, upload your photo(s):

Click "Upload" at the top or "Upload Now" which will bring you to this screen:

You can upload several at once, either by dragging and dropping, or you can browse files on your computer.

Once they've uploaded, click on one which will show you this screen:

The big black box will be an advert, but the thumbnail below is your photo. Click on the thumbnail which will bring it to full size. Once you're in that screen, to the right of the photo will be this box:

Click on the "Direct link" and for a moment a yellow box will pop up that reads, "Copied." Now you can go back to the TFF page where you're posting your message. Place your cursor in the message box where you want the photo to be placed. Then click on the "Image" icon above the message box (shown with a red circle here):

This will bring up a dialog box:

Click inside the "URL" box and paste. The code you copied from Photobucket will appear. Then just hit "OK" and your image will appear:

I copied and pasted this image at full size, but normally I edit the size down to 500px wide.

This seems a bit complicated at first, but once done a few times you'll see how easy it is. I believe the procedure is similar with Flickr and other photo editing sites.

Hope this helps!
