How To Make A Divider?

Hi All,

Could someone please tell me how to make a home made divider for my fish tank please? as i cannot find any for my 4.36 gallons (UK) fish tank

My mesurements are 39.7cm long 19.5cm wide and 21.6cm deep these mesurements are taken from inside the glass (not including the thickness of the glass)
