How To Make A Betta Barrocks

they will just get stressed cos theyll be able to see each other

Actually its good for them to be able to see each other if at all possibe, they'll flare a ton at first, but they eventually get used to each others presence and it leads to a much more even tempered male as an adult.

Or just get several ten gallon tanks. >_> And put a devider in the middle of each of them? THAT is an idea. A quite clever one too, I think. D:

You mean divide them in 1/2 and thats it? I don't think that would be a very good idea. Since you could get up to 100+ males in a spawn that would be A LOT of tanks and A LOT of wasted space, 1/2 - 1 inch juvie males do not need 5 gallons a piece.

HODDY, I have a few ideas but I'm going to look around for a few things, facts and such, I'll get back to you asap

It was an IDEA. ):< My specialty is Bala Sharks, I don't know a whole lot about Bettas, my knowledge on them is nuetral. And maybe more than one devider per ten gallon tank. Like four deviders maybe. HEY! Keep them in little fish bowls like they do at the pet stores. :3

I dont think there is any need to be rude.

thankyou so much jaded well appreciated. And fluffy bala shark,I live in england so i have to heat the tank/bowls.10g tanks = alot of heaters = alot of money. How many do you recon i will get from my first spawn.I might use liquifry and see how successful that is.Just a thought though,I know you have higher rates with livefood but i want to breed for a hobby.I love bettas so i thought why not go a step higher than just keeping them.

Here's my idea!! still needs a bit of tweaking and will eventually have a filter in the right chamber on the bottom tank. the water is circulating through the two tanks with a slow flow and they all seem to be very happy!!!
