How To Keep Frogs?

hi there, just curious about the whole idea of keeping frogs in a fish tank. Can they survive in the temperture of tropical fish, from 25-28-C?? also i am assumming that you havve to provide some sort of log/rock/bank, well something that is raised above the water elvel allowing the frogs to sit and breathe air? thanks in advance.
