How To Increase Pod Growth?

Yea the refugium is the first chamber of my sump that then goes through 2 baffles and there is another section with more filtrations then the final chamber where th return pump is.

so if anything is to make its way to the tank from the fuge its got a fair journey to go before it gets there.

yeah that may be a tuff journey considering the fact pods are relatively small...im not sure and dont wanna give you a answer on if they are making it cuz if they are going through filters may be a tuff journey. Maybe ski will come along and answer that one for ya.

I've read of people making their last chamber the refugium. Some pods get sucked up the return pump and flushed into the display. Don't know if that crazy ride would kill them or not. I've read of quite a few people doing it. Have you tried taking a siphon hose and sucking them out into another container and pouring it into the display? I'd just make a little rubble pile w/cheato in the back corner of your aquarium. Do it w/smaller rocks so fish can't get in there to eat them.

ive also heard adding them at night is best because like KJ said your fish will eat them.
