How To Get Sand Out

What's the best way to get sand out when there's already water In it

Use some thick tubing/hose to suck it out, it brings the water out with it so be as quick as possible

Use a gravel vac, shoving right into the sand so it sucks as much as possible. Let the water flow into a very large bucket and have someone use a jug to scoop some water back into the tank so you don't run out of water. The sand should settle enough to allow water to be taken out.
