How To Distinguish False From True Rummynose Tetras?

hey.
i am planning to get a school of rummynose tetras for my tank. I want to get the true rummynose so how do i distinguish between the true from the false? Are the true and false same species but with slight differences? Do they come from the same amazon habitat?

I'm not sur eif this is correct but my friend says that true rummynose tetras have a kind f green mark/hole on top of their head.
But correct me if im wrong
