Hello!
There is so much hair algae growing in my tank, and i do not know why!
i turned up the temperature since winter's coming, but they just seemed to grow more.
how can I get rid of it ?

what kind of fish do you have? How often do you feed? Do you use fertilizer? What temp is the tank at? How often water changes? Nitrate in tank, nitrate in tap test results? In a pond you can put a little peroxide in and it usually takes care of it, but if you do that in an aquarium you may get dead fish.

Can you post a photo? Problem algae is all much the same, though we may be able to tweak things a bit.

What I call "problem algae" is caused by an imbalance in the light/nutrient connection, and can only be resolved by establishing or restoring the balance. You want sufficient/adequate light (involves intensity and spectrum, then duration) and nutrients (fish feeding, water changes and supplements if needed). When this balance favours the plants but no more (or no less!), algae will be disadvantaged.

I will post photos when I have the chance to :)

Amano shrimp will eat it. To keep it under control you'll need to fix the water parameters or failing that get more shrimp. Seriously Amano shrimp love algae.
