How To Breed Angel Cichlids?

ok so i got 6 angels, 2 each stay with eachother so not sure if i have 3 paired ones.
how would i get these too breed?

Add slate or some other vertically object. Feed them well with live and frozen foods. Raise the temp to 80deg F, and they should spawn after a week or so. If this doesn't work do a large water change, that will often get them in the mood.

I learnt a lot of information from thisvideo when my Angels spawned. Also, what was said by 'thereverendturtle' is true. I did a large water change today and my Angels look as if their gearing up to spawn.
