I'v decided to remove the platys in the coumunity tank just leaving the corrys in with Jack Plakat number 2,A mate at work says he'l have the Platys of me so .Iv already bagged them but want to make sure thats its done right and that there be as happy as possible.Iv triple bagged them turned the first bag upside down after tying it ofthis bag holds about a 1 1/2 gal maybe a bit more and got as much are in as possible. Then put this bag in the second bag upside down and then into the third upright, put them in to a box with lots of newspaper are they going to be alright over night?

You should fast them for 24 hours before bagging & shipping. This reduces the waste they produce in such a small volume of water. Double bagging is a good idea.

You should have 2/3 air, 1/3 water. The longer they are bagged, the more O2 they will need.

If you want to keep the bag at the same temp as your tank, just float the bag in the tank.
