How soon can I water change after flubendazole?

I dosed my 3 tanks with their final flubendazole dose this morning (it's got rid of the hydra, too, as well as the stringy white poop - bonus).
How soon can I water-change and put the carbon back into the filters? I've got some free time this evening, which will be 7 hours after the dose. I know flubendazole works quickly - I just don't know how quickly!

I got some good advice on this thread about flubebdazole, I'm not 100% it answers your question directly but at least worth taking a look while you wait for more answers.

The deworming medication should remain in the water for at least 24 hours before you do a water change and gravel clean the substrate.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate 3 times over a week and then add some carbon.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.
