How Much Spinach Or Greens

How often should I give my 3 fancies blanched spinach or lettuce? I gave them some tonight using a clip, for the first time, and they have loved it. Besides peas, spinach and lettuce is there anything else they might like to nibble on?

I would feed them veggies 2-4 meals a week. They also might heart of cucumber too .
