Hi im new to the site
How many chclids would i be able to get in a 120 litre tank i like the
look of convicts and parrot chclids and can i put other fish in there

The new world cichlids I would suggest for a 30 gallon/120 liter would be either, Convicts, Parrotts, Rams, Angels or Firemouths. There are several more but these are usually the most common. Now because its a 30 gallon you're limited to few numbers. If you want Parrotts and Convicts, thats pretty much all you can fit. I would go with 2 Convicts ( not a pair ), and 1 Parrott OR 2 parrotts and 1 convict.

Can i keep parrots and discus

By parrots we mean the hybrid, inbred things? They can get quite large 8" some are larger.

No to the discus they need a bigger tank than a 30g unless it's a tank for a proven breeding pair.

You may be able to get away with a jellybean parrot or two, as they stay smaller. What are the tank dimensions?

Looking to keep blood parrots wot other fish would go well with them

I don't think blood parrots are going to fit well. Why not jelly beans?
