Depends on which fish, some of mine get once a day, like endlers, some get twice a day like rainbows, cories, others like the larger cichlids, 3 times a day, small amounts each time though.

I personally, feed my fish twice a day. In the morning, and at night. If they are fry, I feed like 5-6 times a day. The only reason I feed as much as I do, is because I do weekly gravel Vac's to keep nitrates down to an acceptable level. The food also helps keep the fish in breeding condition.

Looks like we need a new option of 1 a day.

I feed mine twice, one before and after work.

A shop told me to feed Puffers 4-6 times a day. Is that right??? I did try to keep some but they didn't last long. Never went near puffers since because of that.

i feed twice, in the mornin and evenin,

who feeds 5 or 6 times???? thats too much like hard work lol

I didnt vote as it depends on the fish, some are once and the other twice on small amounts and of course not fed every day :)

Puffers 4-6 a day!!! Did they explode? :( My puffs I feed once a day (have dwarf puffs) and they have a sabbatical day to rest their stomachs. Dont always feed every day either as they are piggies. Dont let the shop put you off Zuulan, if want to keep them again please PM or make a post and myself and others will be happy to help. Puffers are really personable.

i got fish last wednesday , so far i have fed them once , that was friday, ill feed them again today

1-2 for me

ill drop a tablet in, in the morning

then in the evening, some granules and some shrimp/daphnia/bloodworms :)

Once a day also for me... tho don't any of you give your's a starve day?? I've always been told and read to have a starve day once weekly to both allow the fishes' guts to detox a lil and to give the water a lil break... though this is with pellets and flake food which isn't great on the water I guess.. 'spose it depends on the feed used.
