I agree with jonesy the whole point of fishless cycling is not to stock gradually - stock it all at once, unless you choose fish like panda corys or otos that don't like new tanks.

One last question, I am considering adding 1 final fish to the group. Does anyone know if a Threadfin Rainbow Fish would be suitable or should they explicitly be kept in a group?
