Follow the advise about the size of the mollies (particularly sailfins, which need a 3 foot tank as adults) and the water changes. You do need to do a very large water change urgently and need to monitor your ammonia and nitrite levels daily until it is under control.

If you wish to add more fish, the only thing I can recommend is adding 2 more silver tips and 1 more neon, as these fish prefer larger groups and will exhibit more active, natural behaviour in larger groups.

It's never a good idea to compound the problem of big fish in small tanks by adding more fish, ven if the 'big' fish are babies.

I have no mention of proper fish conditions in my water specs. Instead, I try hard to make own livebearer facts as true as practical to reality. There is nothing at all magical about my fish, they succumb to disease just as easily as any other fish. That means that my own tanks are no safer for new tropical fish than any of the tanks that I find out there on line. In my case I have something that few new fish keepers can claim. I am confident that what I do will help my fish survive and thrive. That is a quality that few new fish keepers can claim. It can make all the difference in the world. My fish always start out with a head start over their siblings since they can trace their own genetic histories to very successful lines of fish. There is really nothing unique to my fish but they always do well in my tanks and their genetic structure is simply assumed to be superior. In reality, my fish are no better or worse than the comparable fish at the local chain fish shop. The real difference is that my fish are treated right from the moment that I obtain them. At a simple month or two of my care, people seem to think that I somehow have superior stock. Nothing could be farther from the truth. My fish are nothing more or less than the fish you might get by breeding the best fish that you find in your LFS. My fish are just that, they are the best I could find at a local store of a major US chain. Nothing at all about them is really special except my choice of the particular fish over others in the tank they came from.
