Gender matters a lot with endlers Cazgar. A female means you will soon have lots of fry. I presently am housing a nice male in my 45 gallon endler breeding tank and can state with confidence that having a betta is no assurance about having no fry survive. The newborn fry and the adult male betta stare each other in the eye while eating their flake food.
