The two best ways are an overdose of clove oil (30 drops per litre), or a knock on the head

Put her in a fish bag with the end sealed shut tightly and hit her on the head with a hammer. Enough to disconnect the head from the body if possible as otherwise it may just stun her and leave her in pain till she dies slowly.

OK. Just make sure the fish is dead before getting rid as sometimes doing the Clove oil doesn't kill them, it just puts them to sleep and then they wake up whilst out in the bin or something.
