How Long Can Fish Stay In Their Transportation Boxes?

Hi,
Im living in ireland and comming ver to the uk in a few weeks. hoping to pick up some fish while im there. trouble is that they will have to stay in their bags for 4 days. would this cause a problem if the were packaged correctly and kept warm?

FW or SW? FW fish should be fine as long as you get a really big bag for oxygen and maybe fill it up to a inch or 2 above the fish's height. Why dont you just buy the fish on the last day so it will be less stressful for the fish?

fish are fw. buying them online and im going back on a sunday so will need to have them delivered on friday.

because compamies in the uk wont post over to ireland

What type of fish are they?

mainly s.a dwarfs and galaxy rasbora

To be honest, it could be a bit risky as they are both quite sensitive and don't always travel well. It might be worth having a word with the shippers to find out whether 4 days is a bit lengthy.
