How has the Aquarium Co-Op Regulator worked for you?

I’m looking into re-aquascaping my betta’s tank into a iwagumi-style scape, and also preferably being able to run CO2 to other tanks. It seems good-quality enough for the price, but I don’t want to buy a expensive regulator and end up with it breaking a month in. So does it rust easily, or dump CO2? Any other serious flaws?

I haven't used this piece of equipment but have ordered filters and such from Aquarium co-op and had good experiences. Their customer service is helpful and I do think they use good materials in their products. Some dislike their videos, I don't care so much as long as what they sell works.
