I was just kind've curious if anyone knew how slow or how fast they grew? Because I've had mine for a while already and he doesn't seem to be getting any bigger at all. Any ideas?

My friend only had his for like a year or so and I swear it grew like a foot in that time period . He had it in like a 60 some gallon tank so maybe that had to do with it but mine just seems to be staying small forever hmph.....

Depends what pleco it is, for example gibbiceps & common plecz gro very fast indeed, however others like clown and bristlenoses grow a little slower. It also depends on how much and what you feed them.

I have had all of my plecos over a year. They are all common plecos and they have not really grown an inch. They are well fed with Algea discs and of course algea on the glass and on the ornaments.

Yes I have the common pleco too and he isn't growing at all. What are you feeding yours to make him grow huge? Please tell :p! lol
