Its a 200 litre tank so that actualy looks like a good stocklist. The Badis may do better in a pair rather than single, 1 male & 1 female or just 2 females. Dont put 2 males together as they are fiesty little guys.
The BN is a wonderful fish & a joy to keep, not everyones cup-o-tea but I love them.
I have no experience with the other fish mentioned so will bow out gracefuly to someone with more knowledge.
I'd be inclined to go with more rasbora of each or go for 20+ of one spiecies.
In my tank i have nearly 30 of the Harlequins and they are entertaining. Esp when they go bright red for pairing. They were added picemeal and quite litterally the bigger the group the better their behaviour. I intend to increace the numbers further but wifey wants a decent panda shoal first.
So long as you don't want angels (natural prey) or sharks as the males are shallower in draught and could get a shark going (i may be wrong on this), they are good companions with most fish.
