I'm a total rookie and only have 10 Danios in my 50 gallon tank right now. Tempurature is a nice 77 degrees and so far so good but I say SO WHAT?

I never realised how nice it is to have a big fish tank. The wife loves it and so do I but I can't help wanting to buy more little trinckets to put in there. Should I be more patient and wait until I buy more fish and expand the community? Or does anyone have any recommendations?

Oh don't worry about all those wires and chords under the tank. A friend came over to the house and told me what I was doing wrong. All is moved out of the way and drip lines are taken care of.

looking good!

Is there a reason you haven't filled it up all the way yet? Before you fully stock I'd reccomend this, as you don't really have 50 gallons in there in that pic.

Good show!

i dont like the blue gravel, background and "shipwreck"............but i assume you are so fine!

However, you need to tidy up the wires at the back. Something that really lets down a tabk is sloppy instalation in the home...it should look like it belongs there....not like something on life support with trailing wires everywhere!

I think it looks wonderful!
I also like the blue gravel...gives it that "under the sea" vibe.
Very nicely done!!

I think it looks good, like the two-tone gravel.
A tank is an organic thing though, half the fun is that you can always keep adding plants, wood, rocks whatever you like really. Have fun!

To be honest sand would work better with the ship wreck.

Wow!

I personally dont love the blue gravel, just because I more of an earthy toned guy.

But who want their tank to look just like the next guys'?

Fantastic job!!

nice looking. personally i dont like the "fake" look ina fish tank but if you like it keep it. i would also sugest filling the tank up.

The wires are all organized and taken care of. The pic was taken right after I filled it up with water. I'll get better stuff as time goes on. Thanks for the input everyone.

I think it's adorable. Sometimes tank just look nice with the aquatic fake look. So good job. Just keep adding on.

I'm not too concerned with the fake stuff so far, i'm just a n00b at this thing, a total rookie so i'm going through all the motions.
