How Do You Tell If Frogs Are Pergunt

1 of my sis frogs is getting ready fat but not over feeding as the others are not could it be pregunt

what kind of frog?? and african clawed frogs (ACF) and african dwarf frogs (ADF) are egg layers....

Frogs don't get pregant, as they are egg layers. If it's not eating and getting fatter, I'd be worried about dropsy - google it to find out more, as I'm not an expert.

they are....but it would help to know what species he has, how big the tank is, diet, tank mates, water conditions...
