Hey... I've got a bichir right now and I want to know how to actually pronounce it... people where I work (at my LFS) say it Bick hir
I personally say it ***** ir... I've heard other call it biker... which is the right way??

I pronounce it like you do and have heard many that pronounce it that way. I've heard others pronounce it "biker" and beesheer, also.
