i have sent trimar many e-mails and 2 pictures, if the fish dies they want to replace him with a spotted talking catfish (£4.99) i asked to be reimbursed for the treatment costs but they refused. i have been talking to them since i got the fish and they have now decided to reimburse me for 1 bottle of melafix £5.89 i am now starting my second bottle and will be using at least 3 minimum.
