well does anyone know how to buy from trimar a place in cornwall wherre u can buy fish over the net but i could find it on there website an di found the stie linked to this forum!!!! plzzzzzzzz help someone ?
I don't think they're set up for online transactions
I think best to phone requirements and cc.
Are they that much cheaper for fish? - but also way up that you cann't inspect prior to purchase and don't know what water conditions they've been kept in - I believe they only gurantee live arrival - you can get a week with most lfs
Ive used trimar and for some fish they really are cheaper, the M.irwini i recently purchased was £10 less than the price the lfs quoted and that was with the shipping as well!
To order as WWW says you have to phone up with a credit card, staff are really helpful and the fish will be with you the next day.
i personally sent them an e-mail first with my order address and phone number then rang then a couple hours later to give them credit card details. I asked them what colours i will be getting and they told me. easy
all fish are garenteed alive delivery so if 1 is dead then ring them up and tell them they should send u another down when u send the dead back i guess. never heard of a dead one coming through though. all fish come in a good package, mine where in seperate big bags half full of water all bags inside one bit polestyrene box then that was in another cardboard box. they also have a heatpack in the lid to keep the fish warm.
If you order in the morning the fish will arrive the following morning (Before Noon)
i got 4 catfish and all are in good shape apart from my gold nugget which has a sore on it's chin. rang them up and they told me what to do although Graeme got there first (Cheers m8) ask me to keep them informed and if the fish is to die (very unlikely) they will end another or refund my money. Nice bloke to talk to on the phone as well.
