Use a photo hosting site like photobucket to host your pictures then just copy the 'image' tag address into your post

Looking good. Once you have uploaded a photo to photobucket you have a few different options.

You should have several different codes such as the link you have posted. There should also be another code under the imaage tag, it normally starts something like <image> if you copy this code and put it into a message on the forum then the picture will show up in the message without anybody having to click a link

Just add tags around the image url like this:
