Anyone know how to fix this?? The top of the glass fogs up and I don’t know how to get it to stop fogging up

You don't stop it. It is completely normal. It is caused by the warm aquarium water evaporating and condensing on the cooler glass at night. If you have a coverglass on top of the tank, it will stop the moisture getting onto/ into light units.
yep thats just what happens when the aquarium is too hot and winter is too cold
a lid will also stop the water from evaporating away into nothingness

I filled mine up a little bit over the black rim and put a lid and lights on top... The side glass doesn't fog but the lid does... Every now and then I take the lid off and I let most of it drip into the aquarium. The excess that won't come off I just take a wipe (cloth or paper towels) and wipe the lid dry.
