How close?

Was wondering how close plants can be to the heater element? Perticularly my hornwart...

I've just planted my tank

Wasn't too sure if it was important to keep it away from the heater!


p.s. getting my flourecent tube tomorrow, and picking up a piece of bogwood for the middle... fingers crossed

I have plants on my heater is some tanks. They will get burnt and stuff but it sometimes happens just make sure you got water flow around the heater.
