How Can You Tell The Difference?

Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between a male and female platty.

the female has fanshaped anal fins, the male has more tubular shaped anal fins ( guess what its used for...

and the ratio should be 2/3 female for each male otherwise he will really stress the female out
