The two nerites I bought in 2011 both came from Ebay. The other's came from local shops. I would suggest waiting until the weather is warmer before risking buying any snails on-line - my Ebay pair were bought in July.

I agree way to cold to ship this time of year.

I agree. Even if you put in a heat pack, they still might freeze. Look into getting some in the next few months, it’ll be warmer then.
