Toady, are you taking into account that Pygmy Corydoras will often school midwater, rather than stayin on the the tank floor with the Pandas? I would ditch the mid-low schooling Black Phantom Tetras myself and instead up the Pandas to 10/12 and the Pygmys to ~15, which will end up with a tank of...

Have you considered getting the smaller Hengel Rasbora instead of the Harlequins? Just like the Honey Gourami, I'm not convinced that the Scarlet Badis are going to appreciate tankmates much bigger than themselves.
