So I did find an LFS who is interested in my clown loach (though they said my pleco is too big, at his size he is more destructive than anything )

What is a good trade for a 4" clown loach?

Not overly sure but i find that with stores kind enough to take your unwanted fish i accept whatever they offer! Lol. I was given 10.00 british pounds for my sailfin, just depends on the shop!

my lfs just brought 3 large clowns, 1 was about 4" the other 2 were about 6" they paid the guy about £15 for the three.

don't know what size tank he'd had them in or what he'd been feeding them but they were the stangest shape, kind of like hunched up little balloons, i think he was lucky to get anything for them but the chap at the lfs was worried about them and the conditions they'd been kept in.
