Your honey gourami's gills seem a little red to me, which means he could have possibly been exposed to some levels of ammonia or nitrite.

You can try feeding your gourami peas for 1 week to see if that helps,

fast for 2 days, feed peas on third day, fast for another 2 days and then feed peas on the 3rd day again. You could soak the peas in garlic also and then feed them to your honey Gourami.

If that does not work you can also try to use epsom salt for your gourami, not aquarium salt. Make sure epsom salt is 100% epsom salt and does not have any smell to it or additives.

Epsom salt helps for issues like swim bladder, constipation and bloating.
