The carbon thing is just a theory, I'm not sure how much truth there is to it. If you'd prefer not to remove it, just leave it in there and only take it out if the HITH keeps getting worse in the next several weeks

Great, Thanks so much, I will take some pictures of my boys when i get everything set up and they are looking good, I think they are clearing up more and more every day then getting it worse. Im sure it has to do with the fact that they were in the 20 gallon for too long. Im glad i got the 125 when i did, otherwise there is no telling how bad they would have gotten. I will dig this topic up if they get worse for some more advice.
