I have anotehr situation with my 30 L biorb.
last week one of my Guppys was eaten and now one of my dalmation mollys has been chewed!! He's not there anymore . . no sign whatsoever!
And i know he was there last night i was watching them and they where all happy./ the other dalmation looks like he's going to di too, its like he cant swim and he's trying to mvoe everywhere noseup! He's swimming at a 45 degree angle.
The fish left in the tank are :

1 guppy
1 dalmation molly
4 black neon tetra's!

These are not the first fish to be eatenb. . the only fish ever to survive this tank are those black neon tetra's! could these be the culprtis?

what are your water results
if your fish die the others will eat them thats what they do they will eat them right down to the bones and you wont find them sometimes they will attack a dying fish aswell .

OK so maybe he was dying and then eaten? water readings are all fine. . . what else could effect them or make trhem do this. If they where high what should they tell me?

i would do a water test again now and test that you havent got amonia , also test the nitrites/nitrates
then post the results

your amonia should be 0 else your fish will get poisoned and die
also your nitrites should be 0
and your nitrates should be no more than 20 (i think some people say 40 but i always like mine under 20 )

what water readings are 'fine' for one fish are often not fine for another, can you give us some more info on the set up so we can work out what's going wrong

full list of fish in the tank now
full list of fish that have passed on
how long the tank has been set up
what water test kit you are using
what the stats are for pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate (actual numbers not just 'OK')

Fish in tank now : 4 black neon tetra's, 1 Cory cat fish, 1 dalmation molly, 1 guppy
Fish that have passed on: 4 blue neon tetra's, then i purchased 1 siamese fighting fish (he died, body nowhere to be found), 1 blue tailed guppy and now 1 dalmation molly. These fish have not all been in the tank at the same tim, ive purchased as they have died.
Tank has been set up since April 2008, first fish went in May.
using Nutrafin drop tests
My Nitrate is 0, there is no colour at all not even 0.1 same with my nitrite.
Ammonia test is still waiting to get results
