Yo Cheese~~~ awesome fish and you did a great job giving them heavy current.... I'd love to set something up like that one day. WHat are the plant's names? Do you have info on their requirements and place of origin?

Hi Exiled,

The plants are malayan swords. I don't know too much about plants (I got them because of their strong, broad leaves) but I can give you the info I got from the company...

Origin: Asia
Height: 12-15"
Ph: 6.5-7.5
Light: Moderate
Temp: 65-75F

:)

The plants look very healthy - I hope they take root in there for you! Those loaches are fantastic. It is nice that you are providing for them (cooler water, lots of current, and promoting algea) instead of hoping that they will be happy in a set up geared for others. :D Perfect!!!

That was my plan :D

They are great little guys but they need different things to most other fish and end up usually just being put in a goldfish tank with an airstone which is fine but I have problems with people putting them in tropical tanks.

Thats an awsm tank cheese, what made the bubbles sway? Those loaches(i call them butterfly loaches) are wiked. I live in AUS and theyre 6.50 AU. I have 3 plus those plants look so good i thought they were fake  :kewlpics:
