wingless fruit flies can be cultured indoors and so can flour weevils. Use a couple of plastic containers and put some fruit in them with some fruit flies (available from universities or lab supply stores). Set up a plastic container with flour and let the weevils grow in it. Then sift out the caterpillars (larvae). Leave the adults in the flour to keep breeding.
