tank at 24[sup]o[/sup]c
substrate: play sand
lighting: 2x 24W t5
CO2: DIY yeast system. 3 1L bottles (changing one a week)
ferts: EL dosing (dry salts)


plants:
aponogeton crispus
staurogyne repens
blyxa japonica
weeping moss
Fissidens Fontanus
Pogostemon helferi
HC
crypt (name it for me)
hair grass, Eleocharis parvula
an unknown plant (trying to relive it)

fish:
none at the moment

pic heavy update: finished planting it for tonight. i'll do some more tomorrow
opinions.... should i leave the "channel" down the middle sand or plant it with HC (repens is other side higher up and HC a little lower)

I say leave the sand channel mate, they're under used in scapes.
 
Some vallis on the far left hand side would look great. Especially if it grows tall and 'floats' on the top of the water

oh and by the way... clean your glass :lol:
 
maybe i was thinking staurogyne repens on the left on the "hill" then changing into HC at the front you cant see it will in the pic but theres hairgrass behind the wood.

i know it needs a clean.. but im still waiting on some plants to stick in it... seems silly cleaning it twice :blink:

most of them.. the one's i got from you are top quality :good: :lol: (no suprize there) the HC could do with a little TLC though... DIY co2's no good when you forget to change the bottle for a few weeks :blush: :shifty:

has your riccia arrived?
