being honest, if i had the capability to house fish of that size i would e.g. 15 x 8 x 4 foot outside setup ... however it ain't liklely anytime soon

Pfff I think you'd need something bigger than 15x8x4! It's crazy that people are actually selling these?! Something like that should be classed as a DWA.
