Yes i have.He is only about 2 inches long at the moment so he is in a 2 foot tank so i can keep an eye on him.Next week he is going into a 5 foot tank i aquired today.I am in the aquatic trade so i can get a large tank made up quite cheaply when he gets bigger!

True, but at least you will be able to house this fish when it is older. Unfortunatly these fish are not always given adaquet accommodation.

Sadly you are right.I find that there are people out there that just think of the here and now and don't plan ahead,especially with larger fish like these.
