I came across this Forum while researching setting up of a new (pre-loved) aquarium. I was an accidental but keen breeder of guppies, mollies and swordtails in the 1980's but haven't owned a fishtank since, until I recently inherited a neglected, but functioning, 20 litre all-in-one tank from the owner of a business I purchased.
 
Suffice to say that my interest has been rekindled, I have several female guppies who without any help from me have produced about 30 (or more) fry in the last few weeks in the small tank and the 90 litre tank is starting to take shape.
 
I hope that some of my recent and not-so-recent experiences will benefit a few folk here and it goes wilthout saying that from what I've seen so far, there's a wealth of helpful tips and advice to assist and interest me too.
