I'm still wondering how the Betta is not attacking the other tank mates!

hi i wanted plenty of colour when i started be think i want a more natural look now n just the fish as the colour.
 
the betta doesn't bother with any of the other fish just seems to stay at 1 side of the tank except when feeding time
