Hi...can anyone help with my yellow phantom tetra???

Hi..new to these forum things but I thought I would see if anyone can help. One of my yellow phantom tetra has got a mystery wound towards its rear and I have no idea what it is or how it got there. Any help would be appreciated. Tank is well established. Water ph 7.5 nitrites 0 ammonia 0 nitrates 0(ish). The pictures arent the clearest but its the best I could do for now. It was more open 2 days ago but now seems to be whiteish in colour on the inside.

can you photograph the fish against a different coloured background?
the plants are screwing the pictures up and I cant tell the edge of the fish from the plants.

Id love to be able to but thats just where he likes to swim during the photoshoot
