New to this forum but returning to the hobby after many years away.
The first thing I have to say is, WOW, how things have changed, guess in many ways I am a novice here really so looking forward to any advice I can find in the forums or from the older hands of the hobby.

I had the same reaction. I kept fish for years and didn't really look at new trends or anything- just kept a community tank the same way I had for a long time. I quit for a few years and then decided to start again and started reading- OMG - how much i was missing for years! Welcome back- many rabbit holes for you to dive down and enjoy.
