Hi....thanx for the warm welcome and your right...definately getting lots ov peeps who share same interest. I also have other tanks some ov the fish i have r leopard sailfin plecs...ghost knife fish...chilids.....talking catfish...and lots ov small..black widows...many different kinds ov tetras.....mollies......barbs....angel fish and comon plecs...oh and 4 lovely unusual gold fish in a cold water tank cant forget them cos they r just as beautiful as tropical in my eyes!lljdma06 said:paulthegreat said:

Oooooo, an arowana, haven't heard that name pop up since I left Miami for IL to get my degree. Not many arowanas kept up here, but they're common family pets in Miami, like keeping an alligator.
I'm sure arowanas are quite common on the Forum, so you shouldn't have problems meeting people who share your interests. I really only frequent the boards of the fish I keep and some generic boards, but I'll give you a hearty welcome anyway!

Hi...beautiful photos...i have same fish as 2 ov urs on picture 12 (not the one on the right) and one black orlando , and red and white orlando( i think thats what they are called lol the ones with lots ov fancy long fins and huge eyes) Your tank is really smart, when my Arowana goes into its 6ft tank i m putting my g/f into the tank it used after i ve customised it . I have electric blue stones in my tanks so i m gonna do similar thing for the g/f ...gonna give it the WOW factor (lol hopefully) i will send ya pics as soon as its all done and ov course i'll be getting more g/f to go in tank too.Fella said:Welcome aboard!
