Hi All..new To Site And Marine Fish Keeping :)

Hiya all... ...Just joined the site as i have just took the plunge and got a marine nano (orca 550)...And far so good ...Made i few mods to the take like ditched all the media in the back and replaced with about 3k of live rock,carbon and rowphos and there is about 15k in the main tank,2 koralia 1 powerheads and a newjet 1200 pump,and using the old one for aiding water changes,mixing salt and what not....

The tank has been running for about 3 week and live rock has be in for 10 days...And it seamed to have cycled in about 4 days,as the live rock was not ever out of water,well thats what I think anyway ...

Now i'm looking to add my cuc this weekend,and wonderd if anyone has had any experience with any of these online supplyers,the one's that send live stock in the post? What Im trying to ask, is this a good idea...Or is it better to go to the lfs in person

Some of the online shops are very well price. I have ordered for reefstock i think and all arived well. Only worth it when buying a fair bit though as postage is usually 15 quid.
Tank looks nice btw

Hi "H" and Welcome to TFF.
Nice looking wee tank you have there, On the subject of CUC, try to get a mixed bag so to speak
I would include Nass snails, Cerith snails, Astrea and or Trocus snails and some hermits
Dont forget the spare shells for the hermits.
You can use the LFS if he or she has what you want
I would use Fishmans Frags or STM for critter packs.

Very nice im in the process of saving up for one on these. It looks amazing. Keep the pics coming when you get new additions etc.
