New to the forums but not new to fishkeeping. I must have kept fish for over 2 years now and after year I took the leap from tropical into marine. Well in all fairness I would say i had a good go at the marine thing, but in the end failed. I have now been forced by the parentals (im only 16 you see) to empty the tank and store it. So i am currently tankless and now need to convince them to let me start up again. One thing I learned that when keeping marines you must be patient in everything you do. I wish I spent more time building up my tank before putting fish in, letting the water settle for more than 10 days etc. All i can say is that last year was the most expensive year lol, but I learnt alot. I will be soon trying to set up another marine aquarium but this time taking it one step at a time. It's great fun and when you suceed it is very rewarding. Thats a little of my history, Im glad to be a part of these forums.
